Consultation
Consultations are a really big part of what we do as a company. It's helping “us” help you! Because our esthetic is styling based, Iconic Peek may need to construct a special budget for your event, project, and/or company’s appearance. Certain styling services need a consultation such as prop styling.
Some photoshoots may require us to bring onboard a full team of hairstylists and make-up artists which means extra compensation. The time spent bringing your brilliant idea on camera that includes days of planning and research for your special location shoots or events is also included in the added cost. By setting up a consultation there are no surprises and both parties know what to expect moving forward.
Below are some Q and A's to help you understand consultation services.
Q: Do I need a consultation per styling service?
A: Yes. Each styling service is different and may require different needs and budgets. For example, prop styling is not the same service as wardrobe styling; the same goes for corporate styling, and etc. Thus, costs may vary.
Q: Are the consultations services free?
A: No, consultations are not free. However, consultations are as low as $25 for one full day!
Q: Is the consultation confidential?
A: Yes, our clients’ confidence in us and them is solely between both parties and should remain so. Nothing should be discussed with others unless it is with a party or parties that are involved with the project.
Q: Will there be any document that needs to be signed for consultation services?
A: Yes, all parties must sign a consultation form. All parties involved can keep a copy for their business records.
